I respect the physicians, but Dr. Jackson, Sr's long time medical assistant has been incompetent as long as I've been his patient: she doesn't call in refills, doesn't return phone calls, and is rude in general. The urse manager\ and administrator are no better. After being a patient for nearly 25 years, I was discharged for exercising my right to complain about the care I was receiving. Good riddance, Medical Specialists!!!

Always crowded. Doctors doesn't show any concern for their patients whatsoever. Very rude for a Dr. to walk into the exam room and have her back turnt to you the entire time even while her patient is talking to her. I will never return. Finding another PCP immediately.
They NEVER pick up the phone. NEVER
I called them needing treatment for an ear infection , and i told them I was a new patient and asked if I could walk-in and they said yes , after waiting in their waiting room for an hour they told me they didn't accept new patient as walk-in.
Always a pleasure you feel right at home you or your love ones are never treated like your sickness or worries are not important , an your questions never go unanswered no matter what length they have to go through to get the right answers you are looking for
