The food is great! Service management wish has a lot to be desired. While I was waiting I watched one of the managers yelling at one of her employees because they forgot to put a sandwich in an order. I understand trying to.get order correct, but it could have been done so much more professionally. Then she never acknowledged me. I had to ask for my online order. A manager like that does not look on the business. Good luck employees!

Love McAlister's. Plenty of places to sit. Clean bathrooms. The food comes pretty quick. Nice environment but a little chilly sometimes if you're cold natured like myself. Although I pretty much stick to what I know on the menu, everything has been good. Tea can be a hit or miss. Always look forward to going back.
No complaints here. They took our order promptly, super friendly, and extremely fast! Ordered 2 salads and they couldn't have been fresher. The guy who brought the food, maybe the Manager, was really funny and welcomed our 2 dogs as well!! I was also very happy to see masks and gloves worn by all.
Food great, cashier friendly... Restrooms could use some checking on.
A good place to get a great meal without spending a lot of money!
