Only giving a 4 because after waiting so long for my delivery, they were very kind and gentle with my new couch. Even though they didn't have the center connecting peice, I appreciate them. At least you have great workers

I have been with Aaron's for several years and have never been disappointed. Staff is professional and friendly. Not pushy but truly interested in what you want and work to get you the best value. We have furnished our living room, 2 bedrooms and lawn equipment. It works for us, and that's what matters to me!

I have been a customer with this company for several years at times it been good and at times not so good but nothing I couldn't deal with but after today I would say it would have to be the worst experience I have ever had I had a delivery schedule for today for a washer to come to my home so I go to the store to check in to see in all was ok and if all was on schedule when come to find out they was about to send me a damaged washer that I was going to be paying a new price for and then try to play stupid with me and say that they didn't know how it got their and which I knew she did where just trying to make money off someone so if this place is gonna sell damaged product as new when if it's damaged it should be in a close out price not paying 900 for a damn washer that looked like someone beat with a ballbat no thanks I will never do business with a place like that again I have made a formal complaint to their corporate office and and don't care how they try to make it right as it stands now all I currently have three the will be going back
