We were very impressed with Amy and Ken at the Waynesville location. Very friendly, helpful and courteous. The showroom was well lighted and organized unlike many that seem cluttered. Thanks for the great price! Mike(?) did a great job assisting with loading the sleeper sofa in my truck.

What a great experience we had with Debbie in the Waynesville location! We were shopping for furniture to be used in a gathering are of our church. Debbie was professional and had great suggestions. When I first bought my home here in 2007 i bought my living room set at Carolina Furniture and am happy to say I am still using some of the pieces! Their furnishings are made so well that they last and look good after many years. This time Debbie was so helpful with me when I went looking for a couch! I thought I needed a sectional she helped me figure out my room and what pieces I would need to use. We went to see what a cuddler section was and if it would fit, well when I turned around I saw a couch with a chaise on it and fell in love , realizing a sectional really wouldn't work in my small living room. It is exactly what I wanted and it came with a chair! Debbie's worked hard to help me out and I appreciate how attentive she was to all my questions and thoughts. Thank you, Janet Rogers
