I have had a couple of different loans here! Ben Bailey- Bank Manager, has made this process so easy. He is available for me whenever I need him, and answers emails after hours... anything to ensure that my banking experience with Champion is the perfect one! They have great offers on several different loan programs! Give Ben a call!!

They have great customer service. The bankers here have been very helpful for setting up my new account. They offer checking, savings, loans, and many other services. They have a branch in Waynesville as well as in Canton. They have drive-thru service it is very efficient in Waynesville. I've never had to wait in line very long there.

I recently financed a product and allowed the company to withdraw 50 every week from my checking account electronically until the product was paid off. I decided to return the product and received a letter informing me of an \opt out\ charge. The charge would be taken out of my account electronically. My next bank statement came in the mail and showed my account overdrawn 83 !! I neglected to go directly to the bank until the next statement arrived. Same thing. 83 overdrawn. I went to the bank and spoke with a representative who looked over a printout and showed the electronic withdraw had emptied my account, and the bank had PAID OUT the additional 83 to the finance company! I was told that my account had been shut down and I would have to replace the 83 , write a LETTER to ' the board' and deposit a minimum balance in order to reopen the account. When I asked why the bank paid the finance company money that was not in the account, she replied \I don't know.\ The finance company still tries to bill me for payments even after \opting out\. Champion still sends me statements showing the negative balance. The bank never entertained the possibility that THEY had made a mistake. They ok'd a payment that exceeded the 50 per week agreement. And paid out money that wasn't there. As for their suggestion regarding reopening my account? You've GOT to be kidding!
