Minimally maintained since new ownership.
Was told that my husband and I would get our refund back of only 25 with no problems as long as we gave them a 2 week notice of when we would be moving our belongings out of the storage unit. On November 12th I call to let them know that me and my husband will no longer be using the unit by December 1st and she informs me she would be mailing our deposit, which I thought was odd because I was not told beforehand. Then I get a check in the mail for 21.91... I was never once late, didn't leave the unit of any debri and gave them more than 2 week's notice. I understand it's only 3.09 but it's the principle of it all..
Nice place with reasonable ratted.
Very nice, clean facility. Good security, rental process was fast and easy.
