Ms. Waka is a god send and such an amazing instructor for all levels. The atmosphere is the quality of a top tier spa and she has all of the blankets and anything you need to make your practice more comfortable and customized. Such a positive class and energy and hands down the best instructor I have ever had and the price point is so reasonable. I would recommend her classes to all ages or gender or level! I have never felt more grounded or as flexible than when I was able to practice with her while stationed there at FLW.

Waka the instructor is very knowledgeable, great for beginners and advanced Yogis alike. Always a friendly environment and lots of fun, class price is very affordable as well
