What an absolute joke. If you need your license go elsewhere!! If you just need plates or a title transfer this is a decent place. The woman that does the Drivers licenses is absolutely the worst person, made fun of my wife and then handed me a temporary CDL, and when it expired because my hard copy never arrived then refused to give me another temporary. I called Jefferson City and they had not ever received any of my information from this office in the first place!!! What a waste of time!

Not sure why it has so many bad reviews. It’s a DMV. I’ve been there twice in the last few months and both times I was seen in a timely manner. (The last time I was finished with my registration in ten minutes—no joke). Nice elderly lady helped me and was very knowledgeable about the county fees, etc.

This was one of the best experiences I've had getting my vehicle registered. I went on a Tuesday around 10am and there weren't too many people there. A nice man makes sure you have all of the correct documentation, gives you a number, and they get through people as quickly as they can. The woman who did my paperwork was friendly and helpful, and I was there less than 30 minutes. My husband registered his vehicle there in July, he went right when they opened (I believe it was a Monday) and even though it was busier he was there less than hour and also thought everyone was nice and helpful. You can make an appointment to get your driver's license, which seems to be faster, but even the walk ins were given numbers and they were steadily making their way through them! Very nice place!
