I went there back when they first opened that location in Waynesville. The staff was NOT helpful and I ended up leaving because the guy upfront pretty much ignored me. It was just awkward, even my son said, what's that guy's deal... And my son never says anything that doesn't pertain to his own needs lol. Haven't been back since.
