We just went to this store to make a return. At this location, there was a girl who may have been a manager. She was knowledgeable about returns. She was very rude to her fellow employees and the customers. She acted like she couldn’t be bothered to do her job. She was wearing a pink shirt and was blond. She may need some helpful tips for customer service and how to be a kind human being with her fellow employees. She may be more knowledgeable about the happenings of the store but that doesn’t mean she is above anyone else. The store was nice.
