Oil change
Just had a simple oil change and requested a tire rotation with Snappy Lube. The three employees I met were incredibly professional and polite. What really caught my attention was that they told me I really didn't need the tire rotation yet. That kind of candor is unheard off today. I know a bit about tires so I knew they were correct. I asked for it only because of a long trip I was planning. The oil change was quick. Great bunch of people to talk to and do business with. It's appreciated!

Of the several Snappy Lubes in Waynesville, I find this one the best. Reliably rapid, knowledgeable, and friendly service. I take both my car and Class B camper to this location exclusively.
Worst oil change ever! They didn't fit the gasket correctly and all the oil leaked out of my car and got everywhere. My car was clicking and thumping even after they cleaned off the oil and refilled it. Turns out it ruined my engine. They are paying to have the car fixed and for a rental car, but all if this could have been prevented if the person who changed my oil had taken his time and done it right in the 1st place.
I worked with the manager and I'll keep going to that snappy lube for everything now
We were visiting from out of town and thought our oil was leaking. They checked our car not once but twice during our visit to help us figure out what was wrong (turns out it was power steering fluid leaking) and they didn't charge anything for their help. We were so grateful for their assistance and if would recommend this place to anyone in the area!
Friendly staff, very knowledgeable, quick service and honest. I highly recommend.
The attendants were attentive, service was immediate and felt Covid aware, wearing masks and keeping distance.
