The print shop team is amazing! Special shout out to Jack and Nina for all their help in remedying a dark, grainy Christmas card I had printed. They went above and beyond and their commitment to customer service is truly appreciated! It's not often you find people working in customer service who are so helpful, understanding, and kind.

The staff's willingness to help is why I keep returning here. There's a big box electronics chain near the local Walmart I often check-in with for purchases, but their phone tree and staff is - to put it mildly - unhelpful. So I wind up back at this Staples - again and again. The difference is service. The other chains could learn a thing or two when it comes to customer experience.

If you are ever using print services, please make sure that you call ahead to ensure that the order is ready, even if you have the order confirmation. I submitted an order 6 days ago (100 copies) & it was not ready. I was instructed to return 15 minutes later. I returned 30 minutes later & was told 5-10 more minutes. This is the second time that this has happened.
