Absolutley rude. Bought a fridge plugged up blew out hot air. They came replaced starter and worked. Within 3 days it stopped working again. When I called to let them know they blamed me and was beyond rude. I took back to them after waiting 3 days they tell me it was their fault thermostat went out and gave no apology nothing refused to still give me money back.

Had to come fix fridge once went out couple days later wouldn't come get it said was probably mice had to have son take it there turned out was thermostat was very rude every time my daughter called and didn't apologize for assuming and not coming to fix had send son back to get with no remorse on their side and even though broke down twice in week wouldn't refund money even though within 90 day warranty had done business on and off for years with them but never again

We have done business with them many times. They are very friendly, honest, and trustworthy. They will buy your appliances and they sell good working appliances at affordable prices. We bought a frost free upright freezer from them 2 years ago and it has been exceptional. I highly recommend this business.
