Thankfully I also bank with State Employees Credit Union because this wells fargo location in the past two weeks refuses to answer any phone calls and refuses to come to the front door of its branch location to conduct business with account holders who need more then a drive thru window with a 40 min wait. Not sure what covid-19 has to do with refusing to answer a phone either. Lost my business completely. Stand by for automated response from branch \manager\...

I just came from Wells Fargo. I understand why the lobby and counter tellers are closed due to the virus, but please open more than 2 lanes at the drive thru then. I just spent 32 mins, 14 cars deep, in the drive thru. I hope this isn't how its gonna be for the next month. If so, I will be switching banks.
