This place is a horrible place to rent a car. The only rental car 5hey had for me was a Minivan with Florida plates. There was a small chip in the minivan windshield and when I turned on the defrost the windshield cracked all way across. I paid for the windshield but will never rent a car from here again. I'm in minnesota I dont want to drive around in a car with florida plates. Car wasn't t even cleaned on inside to my expectations!

Great experience. Got a nicer car than we had booked, they gave us a heads up that we could pay 15 more for an additional 4 days (getting the weekly rate) and staff were super courteous and quick. Car was great. Experience excellent. Google Maps sent us astray finding the Wayzata location, but we go there.
