We live no more than five minutes from this Noodles location and, given it's my daughter's current favorite quick serve restaurant, we tend to order food for pickup regularly. Given it's a national chain, the food flavor and general product is consistent. I have no complaints about the food quality, taste, presentation, etc. Unfortunately, the order packing QC process leaves something to be desired. In the last 6-months our order has been wrong or missing at least one entree at least half a dozen times. I've learned to double check my order before leaving, but shame on me, I let my guard down during a visit last week. When I got home I realized that two items failed to make it in the bag. So, if you do decide to eat here I'm sure the food will meet your quick serve restaurant expectations, but if you do take it to-go, I recommend confirming all of your food is in the bag as ordered.

The store is actually quite good. the 3 star rating is given because of the online ordering system which never, ever works. Or should I say works right. I get confirmation that my order has been accepted, but then get to the store and they look at me dumbfounded. They were helpful with the "did you order from the correct store?" and "did you get email confirmation?" although it seemed a touch heavy on the sarcasm meter. After showing the cashier my email confirmation, for the correct store, they swung into action and got my order ready very fast. Got the meal home and it was truly awesome, though I ordered double chicken parm and only got one order. I hope they put the buffalo mac and cheese on full time because it's great! We also ordered chicken pad thai which was excellent as well. My recommendation is don't order online stay in and eat it it's worth not having all the hassle of ordering and then having to sit and wait and then get home and your order is still wrong.

I have ordered 3 times in the last two weeks and the food is EXTREMELY DRY. I even went ahead and ordered extra sauce this last time and no extra sauce and bone dry noodles with no flavor. It makes me sad bc this is the only location near me...and now I will have to look for something else. Noodles with no sauce aren’t tasty for anyone. Stay away.

I was saddened to see that the Noodles by Ridgedale closed. So I reluctantly went to the Wayzata Noodles. I was hoping for a better experience than I have had before. I have been sickened twice before by the food out of the Wayzata Noodles. I have also went there and not be able to find a place to sit during slow times because no one was bussing tables. Today there was only outdoor seating due to Covid. My son and I went to the outside seating in the back only to find all the tabletops were dirty with food spilled on them. The door to the patio locks so you cannot go back in the store. The gal at the next table said you have to walk all the way back around to the front, no one responds to knocking on the door. When she complained to the girl working about her table she was just given a handful of napkins to "clean" it herself. The girl working refused to even look up from her phone when I knocked so I had to walk around. When I told her about the status of the tables she said they just cleaned them. We decided to leave at this point. In my opinion, the wrong Noodles closed. The Wayzata Noodles is never clean and the kids working there could care less.

Yummy food! This is my favorite location in my area. The parking lot is big and open, unlike the Plymouth location where you get trapped in the tiny, overcrowded lot. I have also never experienced poor customer service here. In fact, I brought my food back to return it one time and they were very apologetic and understanding and didn't make me feel bad about it. I know that should be expected of any restaurant but in my experience employees can be pretty rude in these situations.

Stick to the menu at this Wayzata location and you will probably be fine. I always order my daughter the kids meal, but ask for the noodles to come with pesto sauce. This is not on their ordering system, so all three other locations that we frequent, just shout back to the cooks and the substitution seems to be no problem. At this location, before the request was fully asked for, the cook said "No. We don't do that." After explaining, she relented very reluctantly. When the dish arrived, the pasta portion included tomatoes and mushrooms, which went to waste. My husband requested chicken in a dish that normally comes with beef as their default. He was served beef. All in all, it felt like a stereotypical Wayzata attitude visit. We will most likely stick to our other favored locations.
