This was my first visit to Northwest Eye. The appointment was very professional. We were greeted and asked to fill out forms for our appointment. The exam was on time for my wife and early for me. My eyes were tested for correction and then dilated. The doctor examined my eyes and explained what he saw. He suggested that I have eyelid surgery to correct my upper eyelid. All in all, the appointment went quickly and I felt it was one of the better exams that I have had in recent years.

Wear your safety glasses people! I managed to get some ceiling tile particular in my eye from some house remodeling and after trying to deal with it myself I called NW Eye and they got me in to the Wayzata location within an hour. The entire staff was super nice and the doc that saw me, she was attentive, thorough and helped clear the debris quickly. Everything was Covid safe too. It's nice when anemergency happens and you encounter friendly people. Highly recommend.

My appointment was with Dr. Nicole Sheffer, O.D. whose office was in the \contact lens office\ across the hall from the bigger Wayzata office, which was fine with me. I was the only person waiting in the waiting area for the few minutes before I was called in. It's a long process to have your eyes checked and dilated prior to seeing the doctor, and at all times I felt every protocol for Covid safety was being followed. I found Dr. Sheffer to be quite knowledgeable, easy to understand and very personable.

Thought the exam process was thorough and efficiently managed. Staff was friendly and courteous throughout. Believe patients would benefit from staff explaining what the purpose of the exam test are and the Doctor giving an overall statement on the condition of the patient’s eyes.
