Exceptionally friendly and efficient customer service at this location! I really commend them for how well they operate both in and outside the pandemic context. The kiwi starfruit refresher I got was delicious and I’ve never had anything like it! It was bright, sweet, but too sweet, and truly refreshing as the name suggests. The drive thru did take several minutes on a sunny Saturday afternoon in March but the window operator’s friendly voice and attitude lifted my mood and made up for the wait. Whatever management and the team is doing to keep customers happy, it’s working.

First time to this Starbucks location Long line but they seem to work fast but my coffee wasn’t as good as It usually tasted as my location I usually get it . Definitely not coming back
I have 0 idea why there are so many bad reviews, I come here often to complete work in a nice environment with great coffee. While yes the prices are a bit high this is understandable from how big starbucks is. I have nothing bad to say about starbucks. It’s generally clean, fast and the quality of the coffee is good. Starbucks is an way to get a quick fix of caffeine. I highly recommend the s’mores frappe too...
My caramel cloud was not hot and you could hardly taste the caramel. The caramel ribbon crunch was dark and tasted strange. Unusual for this location as consistency is a strong point. Their staff was great, as usual.
Good coffee, slow drive thru, even before COVID.
Good service despite the clowns who can’t follow social distancing and park like they’re blindfolded. 10/10 for the service and 0/10 for customer intelligence. Rock on wayzata
