This is a bit of an Easter Egg. The Lake Minnetonka area has so much history that has vanished so this artifact from the past is a charming reminder of days before. I always like to ride my motorcycle through the arch. it makes me smile.

Would enjoy it more without the snow . Almost couldn't see it .
I didn't know what this was so we stopped by to check it out. A nice little sign explaining the history of the stone arch and where they got the stones from.
My wife and I took our engagement photos here. It was perfect.
While not a lot to do here, it is a nice public place for a picnic or to sit by the water and enjoy the peace and beauty of Lake Minnetonka. The boathouse here is also used for summer Protestant church services Sundays at 10 which are welcoming and interesting. They have different guests come and deliver the message/ sermon. The one we heard was presented by a military chaplain from the Pentagon which was excellent!! Different folks will provide coffee and a treat after the service, and many stay to mingle afterwards. My parents attend nearly weekly in the summer for a change of pace and often comment on how good it was. No band or choruses, but there is good piano accompaniment to hymns. We enjoyed our visit!
This is a good site for locals and tourist to visit.
It's interesting.
