This store is amazing. I have had a box here for several years and they are always on top of their game. One time I came in in a tuxedo to pick up my gift for the wedding. They took notice and made a special effort to rush me through. Thanks guys and gals! You are the best!

They go above and beyond....long story but I was in a super big jam and needed some printing turned around quickly. Andrew calmly said, "no problem." And made it happen! UPS Store Wayzata saved the day! I have been a customer of the store for years and would recommend using them for all things UPS!!

I had to ship a few paintings and a 65 year old heavy clock across the country. I put it off because I often take delivery from online retailers where the packages were often damaged. I used UPS in Wayzata and was impressed with the service beginning at the store. They were thorough describing how the packages would be shipped and when I received it, the packaging job was incredible. Every piece was wrapped, boxed, wrapped and boxed again with foam and packaged professionally. I was surprised on the detail. I highly recommend them for your shipping needs.
