I had an experience with the upper management (short older woman) of this bakery and I must say I am absolutely appalled with the attitude AND the customer service. I’ll tell ya she did NOT make me feel like the customer is always right. She needs to take a big step back and reassess the route she’s taking in her life cause it’s starting to reflect on her work. Terrible experience here today. Will never go back.
