I am extremely unhappy with an experience I had today with your Beckenham branch. I was quoted 4275 for my 2018 smart car, which is in perfect condition and has full service history. I knew the initial quote is out of thin air but was hoping to get at least 4000. But unfortunately your representative came up with some untrue and imaginary faults with the car which reduced the price to 3600; 1) stone chip on front and back bumpers, I asked him yo show me one but refused and he said I just assumed there are some stone chips without evidence, 2) front rims scratched which I again asked to be shown but again refused. And I had to stop there as everything else was imaginary. My experience was full of hassle which goes against your moto and extremely unhappy.

Just wanted to say after reading the awful reviews I wont be going here. The one stars just because I entered some basic information online to see what they'd offer and I've received about 100 emails since then bothering me about selling my car.

Offered1500 online on for car with 80000 miles, when the buyer looked at it he commented how nice it was for the year, then after looking on his computer the offer dropped to 1050 as the mileage was actually 80700. A deduction of a third of the offer for 700 miles, didn't take he offer as the same cars are between more than double the offer on more miles, total rip offs who put the cars straight in auctions where they pay a very small fee as they give them so much business. Avoid these scammers.

Be wary before you invest your time Vehicles are graded on a scale of 1-8 with 1 being showroom condition The online valuation price assumes your vehicle is a grade 1, Anything less and your price goes down drastically I personally think this information should be made clear when going through the valuation process online to give potential customers the necessary knowledge to make a more informed decision about selling their vehicle I walked away and will be selling privately

Extremely poor service!! West dulwich couldnt take a client because the guy forgot the keys to open his office. He called the branch of Beckhenham and they are misogynist here. 1 employee told me I will be seen after the guy waiting for his appointment and then , anogher guy arrrived after I arrived and they decided that ishould wait until the second guy is seen.
