They were behind on appointments when I arrived so I waited 40 mins before my car was re valued on site. Minor outside damage on car body and wheels meant value was lowered more than I had originally expected. Deep scratches to 4 wheel covers, scuff at back and small dents at front took off 600 for damage repair. Still less hassle than selling privately, needed space on drive etc. Computers were down so all together I was there over 2 hours before all the paperwork had been sorted and bank details input. It takes 5 days to get payment which I wasn't told. 25 fee if you want it next day on top of the 50 transfer fee. Sorted out the dvla paperwork for you. You just need to wait 5 days for money and cancel insurance on vehicle. Monday appointment money on Friday. Friday appointment money the following Thursday etc. Definitely not the 30 mins to sell my car like they advertise on their website. Lady I dealt with was friendly and pleasant. Lower star rating due to waiting time for paperwork and money transfer. Not much parking in front of building. Continue further round on left of building and there is a large car park. They can easily walk up to value car and it saves you moving every time a lorry drives past.
