After a submitting a couple of online valuation requests over the space of two weeks I was offered online what I felt to be a very fair price for my immaculate 1yr old car. Fearing that on inspection reason would be found to reduce the offer significantly, I was pleasantly surprised when the final price offered was only 90 lower (due to a few minor stones chips on the bonnet). The person I dealt with was friendly, fair and open to a little bit of negotiation - at no stage did I feel pressured to have to accept the offer. Overall a great experience (given I was selling a nearly new car) i.e. I was able to sell my car very quickly for the sort of money I was expecting with no hassle.

Inside Trident House first left as you enter the park, its very easily missed so make sure you have a phone to call them if you need to. I had Great customer service from Bob and a very easy and enjoyable experience.

Staff are nice enough, not rude and are chatty. After getting a quote for our car online (a quote of 2000) we arranged to get it seen in person. We were of course expecting the quote to be a bit lower in the end. After the man finished looking at the truck (shaking his head, mumbling and making notes) the price was indeed dropped, to 50... we obviously said no so the price was raised to 500 and then after more haggling with his boss, to a final price of 800. We declined and sold privately for much more. A company willing to do people out of 750 ought to be ashamed. If you want a really quick sale and don't care how much you get then by all means go here, but you will be taken advantage of.

I dont know what people would expect tbh. Its a company that buys your car no matter what then sells it at auction. Yes i went there wanting more than they offered but it was a reasonable price for what it was. You just have to barter a lot and you will get more out of them
