Salesperson friendly and helpful, price was low than expected. Get bombarded with texts which is a bit of a hassle and could do without

Given valuation online, they offered a 5th of the valuation when we took the car in. The car was in a good condition and the minor faults were mentioned at the time of the initial valuation. Rip off merchants. Better to sell privately or trade in at least then you will get a fair deal.

The salesman was very friendly and efficient, the purchase price was as promised. We werent able to do the electronic 'no longer keeper' DVLA form as it was just approaching 7pm. However the salesman stated he would sort that tomorrow. The faster payment doent clear until tomorrow which is my only criticism.
