Booked an appointment, called when I arrived and there was no answer. I waited for half an hour past the time I was booked for and called the number over 6 times and still got no answer. I wasted 45 on temporary insurance, and even when I contacted them via email and explained the situation, they said they were probably "too busy" to answer my call. It has been over a day and the harrow branch still hasn't called me back, so are they still too busy? Even when I asked for the 45 for the insurance I paid, after I wasted my time, they said they don't give out compensation. Absolutely pathetic. Even though I know they rip people off, they can't even keep up with appointments.

Waste of time. Wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. Offered 1360 online. Car has full service history, MOT, low mileage, good condition and the cowboy wanted it for 780.

Awful experience would not recommended at all, will never give you near the quoted price, their aim is not to give you the best price, its to get your vehicle at the lowest possible. Once a price was agreed they said I had the option to receive my money instantly for a charge of 40 (Biggest scam ever, you're telling me in 2020 they cant send me my money instantly for free.......) or wait 4 days and receive for free, either way decided to wait the 4 days, here I am 5 days later no money.

It's overall a good experience and I can't complain. Car owners always want get more money and as business, they (We Buy Any Car) want give less. Nothing wrong with that. But you will never get what's valued on line when you get there.
