Avoid at all cost! They called and questioned my mum day before evaluation asking her ethnicity and religion which absolutely unnecessary. It’s discrimination and they are trying to assess you in advance to see how much they can deceive you. Lucky my mum was clued on and said it’s not relevant and had my husband attend with her. They dropped the price to half the online quote over minor scratches that cost 100-150 max. Minor scratch that is unnoticeable and should be expected of a used car. It’s not brand new so it’s never going to be perfect. My husbands car they offered 1k even though online was quoted 2.5k and it’s in very good clean condition. They bragged about how on that model they would only buy it for 1k and can sources that car anywhere for 1k, which goes to show it’s all lies to drive you and they will trying to trick those vulnerable people who will buy into their lies. They are rude and deceitful. The online quote is market value to drive you in and will drop massively at evaluation. These good reviews are fake don’t believe in them.

This branch is a total rip off, they penalise you 200-300 for scratches that would cost 50 fix. My online quote was 5185 and the guy tried to offer me 3900, I declined, waited 1 week and went to a different branch and got 4550. I would highly recommended to try out different branches around your areas, as the price you get varies on who is inspecting you car. Some are fair while some try to rip you off.

I can't speak for all branches nationwide, but the one in Stockley Park Heathrow was really good, spoke with Josh and he expertly and honestly guided us through the process. All transparent, I knew there were a few chips here and there and anything else was pointed out and costed openly. Happy with the price I got which cleared finance plus extra cash.

Rip off, offer you less than half of what your quote is online. Small scratch you lose 300, stone chips you lose 300, scuffed wheel you lose 50 per wheel, you will end up with nothing! They expect a showroom vehicle to honour the quote. If you are unfortunate to sell to them, make sure you talk about flex. Whatever they take off for so called damage, they can put 50% back in, sometimes more. Never accept the first offer! My advise, stay away from these rip off merchants.
