Website generates a maximum price. Understand they will look round your car and reduce that price for any items of damage or wear and tear including stone chips, alloy scuffs etc. The price paid for my vehicle was better than the trade in value offered by the original manufacturer and above most trade in values I'd been quoted. The process was quick and simple and the staff polite and courteous. Don't get hung up on the final offer being lower than the initial website quote. Do focus on how that offer compares to trade in elsewhere and do your research.

Would not reccomend at all made a appointment for 1.30pm to arrive to be told there was also 2 other people at that time why have time slots ?also was left to sit in my car and not once did the girl come over and ask if we would like to sit inside to wait so instead was sat in my car with my baby for half hour and still no one came out so in the end we decided to leave waste of a journey

Visited Leeds North Branch 4th Dec 2018: Robert Marr for a valuation. Good customer service. Rob very knowledgeable on cars and easy to talk too, spent a lot of time with me talking about the process etc. My original WBAC online valuation had a few errors related to number of users and car model, which seemed to then impact the original offer - which was reduced by 30%. Rob had to spend time sorting out the model, as it was not matching on the system. Regarding damage checks, Rob identified a few chips, which was a small deduction, however nothing to impact the price dramatically (4 smart repairs defects, circa 350 GBP reduction). Rob did waiver some of the smart repairs fees (40%) and follow up with his manager to try for an improved offer, however it was not possible, so I declined the WBAC offer. Shame as Rob was a top guy! Went to an alternative motor trade dealer and secured a good and fair price, which included same day payment into my bank without any transaction fees - so overall win-win for me. I would recommend going to WBAC, however encourage you to shop around too to ensure you get a fair offer.

Absolute garbage, offered 3,500 online, went for him to look at the car and then got offered 2,300. Absolute joke! The damage was mentioned online but apparently it doesn’t account for it in the valuation. Lmao!
