Do not think about sell your car to linwood branch bought my car on the 26 th March said the would pay the 29 never paid for my 31000 thousand they owe me for car said they needed more info gave them all my information they ask for so decided to call off deal they said my car had bin moved to Glasgow auction when I called Glasgow no car and it's in Manchester yes Manchester so still no car and no money and no date on when to pic up car I have contacted police and traiding standards

More fun than an escape room. They rent an office in the bottom of a self storage building with no signage or instructions. An unmanned front desk with a telephone is what greets you. I arrived 4 minutes after the agreed appointment time. I then checked with the storage employees who said that i just wait in reception and the man will come down. So I waited for 10 mins then went up to the telephone on the desk and spotted that one of the favourites on the phone was 'webuyanycar' so I tried that. No answer. 5 mins later their representative appears and tells me that I'm too late for the appointment as he's very busy. After I explain that I've been waiting at reception since my appointment time, with no instructions or signage that this wasn't great. He then agreed to take a 'quick look' at the car. He checked the car, no warning lights, good tyres, no accident damage. Only thing noted was handful of minor stone chips and a small scratch on the passenger door. Online quote went from 4,200 to 3,000 due to stone chip, on a 5 year old car!? Total waste of time, don't bother, negotiate a better trade in instead if you are buying a new car.

Took car there, looked for any fault to lower the cars value, counting stone chips on a car over 10 years old, JOKE!!, will never recommend or use again, sell private if you can ,,,
