Would have been 5 stars if the online valuation had been within 95% of what was finally offered. In the end, I was offered 90% of the initial valuation despite the car being in excellent condition and having all the bits a pieces requested. The actual on site process was faultless and super quick with the money in my account within 20 minutes.

Not one for posting reviews online however, this time I felt that I had too. Lets be honest though, we all know that the price quoted online is to entice you in and this will inevitably be reduced post appraisal. We visited the Livingston branch on Tuesday 4 August to have our car looked at, now I thought it would be interesting to time the rep (3 minutes 20 seconds) which was in the rain may I add. It was to our surprise that our online offer had been reduced by 1200 50 admin fee for repair work (no test drive was requested). The car was in pristine condition on the outside and inside. I'm not sure how others see this, how is this calculated?? If this stops ONE person from using this company, my day was not a total waste.
