Being honest with you the price you get from the website and the price at appointment are not going to match. Every blemish, scratch, chip etc will be noted and affect what you are going to be offered on the day in person. However if you read through customer reviews beforehand you will be prepared for this and not left feeling misled in a way. My online quote yesterday was actually quite high compared to other similar companies and sites who can put offers in touch with you. In some cases over 1200 more which is a big difference. Had my appointment with Nick today at your Wigan branch and to be honest I expected to offered less than I got due to the other offers I'd had. In the end I took around 350 less than the original figure but still a good 900 more than what I'd been offered of an average. Done and dusted in 30 mins and that's even with them handling my finance settlement as part of it too. Great service, no pressure and everyone was happy. If you are prepared the same as I was and honest from the first part of the process when getting the Internet proposal and go in with nothing to hide and also looked into other market valuations then you then it can work out a good deal. If not then this service may not be the right way to try and sell your car unfortunately. For us it was the best option for a quick sell at a good settlement. If you want more then you probably need to take your time and market as a private seller.

Absolutely terrible and appalling customer service skills. I went there today with a quote from online and booked an appointment to sell my car. I made my quote as true to the car as it could be to get the best quote. When I arrived the staff member at WBAC was sat down with his feet on the desk playing a game on his phone and told me to sit down and wait until his game was over before he got to me. Which is a terrible way to treat potentially sellers. When his game was over and started speaking to me he seemed friendly and then went to view the car and came back in with a quote that was a large amount less than I got online and told me that its cause I didn't put the damage down correctly which I know I did put down right. He said that's the best price I can get anywhere and even started to try and argue with me saying that I wouldn't get anything for scraping it either so I politely declined it. Once I declined he began to get angry and started to argue with me, compining as to why I came down if I wasn't going to sell but I came down to sell yet with the price they gave was an absolute scam. I wouldnt trust this company as they will scam you out of the true worth of your car
