For more than 25 years, I have entrusted my home and auto insurance needs with the professional, knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and conscientious staff of W.E. Davis Insurance Agency. Throughout this quarter of a century relationship with W.E. Davis, I have submitted a couple of claims for storm-related damages to my home, added new drivers to my auto policy and have frequently requested coverage changes. One-hundred percent of the time, my calls, inquiries and requests have been received and processed with professionalism, kindness, accuracy and efficiency. Lines of communication are always open and efficient with timely email follow-up and confirmation of all conversations and requests. This business of insurance is very competitive and I often hear of horror stories and experiences from friends who frequently pivot and change to a different company or agency to embrace minimal savings. All is well, until they experience a real eed\ , and then the frustration begins with misunderstood coverages, unexplained premium increases, surcharges, and denied claims based upon a \technicality\, an extensive list of coverage exclusions, fragmented communications, delayed damage appraisals and unsatisfactory claim settlements.
