My computer had died and was constantly crashing/freezing, so frustrating as I use my computer for video editing. I contacted Louis and told him my problems. I dropped my computer off and he said he would have a look. In no time at all I recieved a full diagnostic report. And the agreed work was carried with great speed and efficiency. Very highly recommended, in fact my computer is better now than when I purchased new.

My laptop practically died on the Monday ( Blue Screen of Death ). I phoned Louis and explained to him the problem. He took it in that evening, turned out my Hard Drive was shot. Louis kept in contact updating me with the problems he found and answered any questions I had. After having data retrieval, windows reinstalled, a service and an replacement/upgrade of my Hard Drive from a HDD to a SSD, I had the laptop back in a few days. Louis is reasonably priced for the work that he has done for me and I would highly recommend him to family and friends.
