If I could give negative stars I would! This company was recommended to complete a survey for us on the purchase of our home. They were called a little over 3 weeks before we were to close (that's when we found out we needed a survey). They were told our closing date and said no problem! They were scheduled to come out April 3rd (exactly 3 weeks to close) and said if they didn't make it out Friday, it would be Monday or Tuesday. It was Monday or Tuesday before they came out. They asked the seller where the pins were and then had to come out multiple times to find them. They then said their server crashed and they lost their work. Then said they'd have the survey done by Monday or Tuesday and at this point it was the week of closing. They said it was done at 8am Wednesday (the week of closing) but forgot to send it to our seller. So she had to call back and finally got it at 2PM. My seller had to call EVERY day to make sure this got done. My realtor called to explain that we (the buyer) are getting charged an extra 1,100 plus the rent we have to pay the seller due to not closing on time, all because the survey company couldn't get us our survey timely. The surveyor and the owners refused to do anything to help accommodate us for their untimely work. Do yourself a favor and find any other survey company!

The crew did a great job with my land survey, allowing me follow behind them and ask question as they marked my land. Mr. Weakley was wonderful in explaining their findings, very knowledge and friendly. Best prices of anyone else in town, I highly recommend them!
