Sent car for servicing and the service team, waiting area are great. If you are thinking of walking around while waiting for your car, you'd be better off making the effort to go someplace else. Limited things to do.

Decided to rove one star due to poor servicing standard. The service rep doesn't seem to know anything. He doesn't keep me updated on anything. The workshop closes at 6pm and only informed me an hr prior when I specifically instructed him to advise earlier so that I can make arrangement to pick up the car.
Was attended to by Valerie who was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, friendly and at times candid. She was able to answer technical questions promptly and confidently. The showroom was understated and classy, in line with the image of Infiniti. Wide range of coffee and tea choices and a simple snack were offered to visitors. I like the Infiniti experience - 低调奢华，有品味。
