In my opinion this place has gone downhill in the last two or three years. Obviously this year doesn't really count. I went in looking for a dress for a funeral and couldn't find one. I get that a lot people work from home now, but not everyone does. I still have to go in. To be fair, Belk wasn't the only place that had no dresses that weren't \special occasion\ dresses.

Have to verify sale prices by scanning and showing cashier more times than you should have to in order to get sale price. Store is always humid.. Other than that, most the time it's a pleasant shopping experience.
Nice restroom but needs picking up.
Their deals are generally good, but the full price stuff is ridiculously high. I hsve noticed there seems to be a lot more sales people in the shoe department, but you can only see other employees at a register. It does seem like their clothes are getting more on trend than the senior citizens line on a cruise ship.
Belk in Weatherford is fun to browse. Some standout employees in makeup and jewelry have assisted me. It can also be beyond reason the wait at some departments at times such as in jewelry. Not a fan of the way management has done things, as a rule. I haven't shopped there lately, as a result.
