The vehicle itself was nice enough but whatever cleaning chemicals they used left a strange residue over every surface and the very first place I had to go after they dropped off the vehicle was to the gas station because it was delivered with less than a quarter tank. I thought it was oddly peculiar in that they asked if I had filled up the tank when I dropped it off the next day. Other than those issues it was a fairly smooth process.

My car broke down and we needed a vehicle ASAP cause we had weekend plans. My husband called and they had a car ready within an hour. We absolutely loved the car that they gave us. They were also very helpful and nice. If we ever need a rental again we will be contacting Enterprise.
Recently rented car from Enterprise in Weatherford, Tx due to personal auto being serviced. I had my husband who has severe dementia with me and has difficulty getting around. The representatives were outstanding helping us getting correct vehicle and also transporting us to dealership upon completion of rental. Outstanding employees!!
Customer service was great. The gentleman who helped us was friendly and understanding. I just wish that if you are getting a truck repaired they would give you a truck or SUV to drive.
Enterprise always has the best service and great vehicles. We rented a Ford Expedition Max for a trip to Virginia. Their office is conveniently located and the price was much better than the other options. Thanks Enterprise!
