I’m apologize to anyone or any of my customers for ever recommending this place of business or Chris Moore. Today I repaired another floor. 2nd in less than a month due to shoddy materials being supplied to the installers. I know I paid for quality materials. Just didn’t receive them. Sad to say I used to consider him a friend. Should have listened to everyone warning me. But I try and give people the benefit of doubt. 50.00 a bucket of glue he saved and pocketed and I’m replacing whole floors. Not to mention the 27k he got me for in the last job we did together. Buyers beware!!

Excellent from start to finish. We did have a hiccup - the floor we ordered was marked correctly on the box but somehow it was the wrong color. There was no way they could have known it was wrong so it's absolutely not their fault! As soon as I noticed the issue, the guys immediately pulled it up without complaint, located the correct color floor at a supplier, and still had it completely installed that day. Totally impressed with Floor to Ceiling Designs!
Extremely happy with this company and their crew. Love the finished product and the respectable, knowledgeable, and honest crew. Highly recommend them to anyone!
