This is a welcome addition to Weatherford. Great fresh sushi, great extensive menu. Love the sushi chef. I believe he is part owner with Army Golden Nights hero who is the other owner. I always sit at the sushi bar, great service. So I started with an order of spicy edamame. Delicious! I also typically get salmon, tuba, eel, and ebi. It's sooo good when it's fresh.

So, my wife and I were initially intrigued by the "French Japanese" idea. It was date-night and we were off. We walked in and immediately noticed it was a really nice place! If you're pro-LEO, military and America, you'll feel right at home! I mean, have you ever walked into a place with a ma deuce on the bar? We were seated immediately and our drink order was taken. The service was outstanding and personable. We were impressed with the appetizer, which was a distant third to the sushi and were blown away by the main course. The presentation was incredible. I almost felt bad eating it because looked so great! I had the ostrich, yes, ostrich! Sgt Dana Bowman (presumably the owner) was a really nice guy. We looked him and his foundation up afterwards and discovered his incredible story. I suggest you do the same before going in! 10/10 highly recommend and we're excited to go back!

What a great team, great purpose, and amazing food! A gem of Weatherford, we will be back. Celebrated our 11 year old daughter's birthday with lunch here and couldn't be more pleased. Lunch portions were ginormous and absolutely delicious. Tempura shrimp and veggies were superb, teriyaki chicken, ramen, and my oldest had a lunch box filled to the brim with food selections. Highly recommended if you visit for lunch you get the lunch box for all and not worry about a shared appetizer since the boxes come with their own appetizers. The team here is so kind and clearly loves our amazing country and the brave men and women who serve to protect it. Felt so great seeing the restaurant adorned with military and USA pride abound! Thank you Ginza team and God bless!!

The food is incredible! Very polite staff! Ready to go back!! They offer a Veterans Discount which I thought was very nice. I have a lot of respect for the ownership! We should all try to do something to honor our Vets!!! They are most deserving ️

The food was amazing, ostrich was super yummy... and the miso ramen just as good. Sushi has a great presentation!!! Stick to the drink menu, because the off menu drinks might get pricey. Owner is very respectful, takes pride in his restaurant.. and encourages his employees as well. Which makes for a very pleasant evening.

Preston, our server, did an excellent job. A very nice and relaxed dinning experience. We weren't rushed so a longer than usual wait time was not a bother. Don't expect cheap prices - this is a cultural experience and Ginza is true to the highest standards you could expect.

I've been here twice so far and plan to come back many more times. Dana has a good thing going here. The food is truly amazing and the staff is friendly. All the food is fresh. The drinks are pretty tasty as well. 10/10 would recommend!
