Aaron! This guy was awesome. Very professional and made me feel valued as a customer. He was super personable and helpful. He provided100% quality customer service. And Randy was great as well! Honestly, i have absolutely nothing bad to say about my experience with Mike's Westside Rentals! I had car problems and couldn't get the rental back on time and they were very understanding about the whole situation. Thank guys! Since I can only give 5 stars I'll just leave six here :) God bless you all!

What a joke this place is, I just moved here from out of state. Have called around everywhere looking to rent a brush cutter attachment for my mini skid steer to clean up the brush on my land. They are the closest place that had one, talked to the guy on the phone to make sure it would work on my machine, called from my out of state phone number, probably even mentioned that I just moved here from out of state, asked if we could set it up over the phone but he said to do that when I got there. Packed the baby up in the truck and drove an hour each way to pick it up before they closed on a Friday, just to walk in there and them refuse to rent anything to me because I have an out of state cdl drivers license. I own two small businesses, and this is not customer service at all. No other solutions were offered when I asked. Perfect example of how bad customer service will cost them thousands of dollars I will be spending on equipment purchases and rentals in the next few months. Current wait time to get a drivers license in TX is about 2 months, welcome to Texas!

Will never rent from this place again. My entire family had to be tested for covid-19 due to my brother testing positive. Had to be late returning loader. Explained situation and they still charged me for full day even though I had it back by 10 am. Not a good look especially when their business has boomed due to covid!
