PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING HERE!!!! The price listed online is around 4,000 LESS than what you will pay...EXPECT THIS! TOTAL BAIT AND SWITCH SCHEME. I gave in only to buy a good looking 4Runner for my wife... BUT I had to negotiate a higher price for my trade-in (more than they originally offered me), as well as, put more down than I wanted. The price listed online is the price they know will get you there! After test driving the vehicle, they sit down with you and spill the craziness of the additional non-negotiable \fees\. 1,500 servicecleaning fee and additional 2,500 of warranty coverage that is... subpar, to say the least. YOU CANNOT OPT OUT OF THESE additional \fees\. Highly disappointed. Will not recommend to anyone.

My vehicle was taken into service promptly when I arrived for my appointment. My service advisor (Sherry) was awesome! She confirmed the work I wanted done, and answered all my questions. She was so helpful that when I told her a story about my son’s car she looked it up and found a recall. She booked me for the recall repair the next day. Excellent customer service! She restored my faith in this dealership after several bad experiences with another advisor. Thank you Sherry!

Want to give the biggest shout out to Sean west he was amazing salesperson!!! He went above and beyond for my family he really puts compassion into he’s job. And has the most caring heart any sales person could have. Also he didn’t stop bringing us cars until we said we want this one. Sean dose go the extra mile for his costumers and when I say this he’s costumer Service didn’t stop at the exit door after we got our new car. It continued on and he called us and asked how we were doing after our purchase and made sure we still liked our new car!!! Guys that right their is amazing. Also I would like to say the finance guy was amazing as well he got all the paperwork done and just right for us!!! So if your in the market to buy give Sean west a call he will get you taken care of!!! We would like to say thank you for your hard work Sean west!!!
