Huge shout out to Mike and Ryan from Nissian for helping me get into my new ride! They made it so easy and fast, which come on we know never happens. Even though the truck I went to see was no longer there, Ryan helped me find something else I would like. He hit the nail on the head with my 2011 Durango. I Found Southwest to be a pleasant experience when in need of scheduled service. I called, made appointment, was quickly scheduled, at my convenience. The service adviser displayed professional and courteous assistance in, verifying my needs and offing suggestions keeping me updated. My Vehicle was serviced as needed and even washed with very little time involved. Very competitive cost was very satisfying also. I’ve visited twice since September 2020 for service and will soon need to schedule a third. Highly recommend Southwest Nissan.
