I Only have 5 stars because I can’t give 10! Adrian Torres (Sr. Equipment rental specialist) exceeds all customer service expectations I have ever had. His excellent knowledge of all the equipment and tools I needed was beyond top notch. He asked about the project I was doing and was able to suggest equipment that made the job so much better. This Sunbelt rental location has everything I needed. Rental fees are very fair. I will definitely, only use them for all my future projects and rental needs. Also after looking over the past reviews please be aware that another company was at this address and google has not removed the poor reviews from the previous company. I highly recommend this Sunbelt Rental location.

Will is a great sales rep. He’s very customer focused. Will do what’s necessary to get the job done. For any equipment rental needs i have on this side of town they’ll continue to get our business.
If you need to rent equipment, these guys make sure you get what you need and great service to go along with it.
I've been using this place to rent my equipment since 2018 and they are definitely the best in Weatherford. Adrian always gets me what I need and has it ready when I get there. This place has set a high standard of customer service that nowhere else in town can come close to.
I rented a hydraulic brush hog from sun belt rental in Benbrook, everyone there was so nice, they took the time to explain things to me. And go over any questions that I had. Unfortunately the brush hog ran over a rug Hidden in the debris on our property we were trying to clear, and lock the machine up. I made a call to the 800 number and spoke to a really lovely woman who said she would get somebody out to repair the machine today so we could continue working. I then received a call from Caleb, and he said it would probably be easier to change the machine out. He made a few phone calls and set everything up for me and I was able to go to another location in Weatherford TX, The manager agreed to meet me even though it was his day off, William Curb was absolutely outstanding, he took the time to explain the new machine to me, it was slightly different from the machine we had rented the day before. He also took the time to advise me on other things we might need to clear our property. I can’t believe how I was standing the customer services with this company, I will never rent any equipment from any place other than this place.. I do quite a bit of research when I do you things like this, and by far they were the least expensive. And on top of it I’m sure had the best customer service out there. Thank you William Curb for all of your assistance and for taking the time to go over things with me even on your day off.
