Customer service was very nice and the store was very clean. I didn't give 5 because I'm honestly not sure they care If they they keep our service and likely won't now. We went in intending to add 2 more lines, we had a deal from another provider and I would have stayed with verizon if they had come close to matching it but I was told I should just pay the 40 more a month simply to be a verizon customer as their numbers get first and faster service. I know the store in Abilene would work with me in some manner but this apathy pushed me out the door.

I have been trying for three months to get my military discount fixed on my account. Today Jody Clark help me call and get a ticket started to fix the problem. He also made sure to call and get a refund for the last three month that I did not receive that discount. He and the other Jody was very nice and helpful.
