Mike did inspection of my furnace and also replaced a broken part. Great and efficient service. He was right on time, polite and quick. I am going to stick with this company for my future furnace inspections and possibly a furnace replacement when the time comes.

With the temperatures the coldest of the season our furnace quit. Phoned another company and it was a two day wait and there was no concern to the situation we were in. This company had a service man here within two hours of me calling them on the same day l called. Because of the age of the furnace it was unrepairable. A salesman was here a hour after the repairman left and walked us through the different furnaces available and installation process. The installers were here right on time the following morning and they even brought extra heaters incase we needed additional heat.. Throughout the whole install they kept us informed about their progress . Through the whole process from the receptionist to the installers they each were professional and comforting and truly concerned about our situation . This company cares about its customers and treats you more like family than just another customer.
Ian explained the requirements for the furnace and completed a load calculation to ensure it was properly sized. His knowledge and suggestions were helpful. After getting 4 estimates we felt Weathermakers would install our furnace properly, at a competitive price and their 1 Year Test Drive Guarantee shows they stand behind their work. The installation team was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and cleaned up after. Adrienne in the office is patient, helpful and prompt. We are enjoying the new furnace.
Had Weathermakers Heating & Plumbing give my furnace & air conditioner their annual “ check up” today. As usual they phoned ahead, arrived on time, & always friendly! Have had Weathermakers for many years & it is always the same friendliness whether the girls in the office or the service people. A great group of people. Highly recommend them.
Everything that was done for us was excellent. He went above and beyond to ensure the dryer was working and things were safe for us. He made recommendations for service but was not pushy. I highly recommend them.
