Super nice people. Had been trying to buy a new Honda 125 trail, and been on the waiting list for months. They never even send bothered by our weekly phone calls to check on it being delivered. I called to see if they had a part in stock. The lady said that she had the cable. I asked if the black connector was on the end of the cable she had. She told me that she didn’t have it in-front of her so she didn’t know, and that I would have to drive down there and LOOK at it. I explained that I lived forty-five minutes away and asked if she could just look at it. She told me that they were open till 530 if I wanted to Come check it out myself. She wouldn’t ask any one about the item or even take the 5 seconds to check on it. I drove forty five minutes to Lagrange but not to go to their shop. Horrible customer service over the phone.
