This has nothing to do with the staff here. This is just were I go. Every SINGLE time I get lab work done they do everything in their power to make it impossible to pay them. I don't understand how they even managed to make this so ridiculous. I owed like 9. Send a check? Didnt get there. Call in the phone? Says go online. Go online? No way to find my statement. Call looking for a real person? Almost impossible. This has happened 3 times now. It is literally easier to wait for them to send my 9 dollar bill to a collections agency and then I can pay them in seconds.ACM, figure this out. Absolutely nuts!
