Extremely friendly and helpful. I rented a tux for my wedding with Al's. Karen was the one who we worked with for the most part and she did an incredible job of being honest and helpful. The winter storm was causing a ton of delivery issues, but she stayed on top of it and I was able to get my tux and get married without any problems. I looked great and was completely happy with my experience. The cost too was extremely affordable.

I had been looking for a tux in different places, out of all of them Al’s here in Bay Area was by far the best with outstanding customer service. Lupe and Karen took very good care of us and what impressed me the most was that they put my special event first, they were more interested about me getting what I wanted and not what they wanted me to buy from them. Because of this, my fiancée and I felt their genuine care for our event, and although we kept going back to look at a suit several times, they always received us with positiveness and made us feel welcomed. The value that they have added to us and to our special event is very well appreciated, for this I Highly recommend them!

Mrs lupe and Mrs babs were wonderful and very helpful I'm a big guy played college football so finding suits and formal wear has always been hard but they made everything easy and did last min adjustments for my event with no problems Thank you guys

I called Al’s Formal Wear after going through the website and seeing that they were booked for today. I made an enormous mistake thinking we would just be able to make a quick appointment and show up, not thinking at all about prom season and Covid rules. However, after speaking with Lupe and explaining that we had to leave today, she assured me that they would be able to help us that day. When we arrived we were greeted by name and were guided through the entire process of selecting a suit/tuxedo and choosing the complimentary colors to match the bridesmaids. The entire process could not have gone smoother. I felt that we were listened to, and given advice at all the appropriate times. Lupe could not have been more help, not only did she guide us through the process, but helped my fiancé find the perfect fit for his tux. If you need to rent a suit/tuxedo, please do yourself a favor and go to this Al’s Formal Wear and ask for Lupe!

When I say these two wonderful laddies (Babette, Lupe) saved my wedding I mean it! I'm the groom and with 2 hrs till wedding they completely outfitted me with the most amazing suit I could have amagined fitting my wife and weddings theme EVERYTHING!! It was affordable in all ways and fit me perfectly they cleaned and pressed everything and have me looking sharper then if I had months to plan. I could not begin to recommend either lady enough you are in amazing hands. I would give more stars if I could and they have my suit and formal wear business locked. Thank you so much ladies I couldn't say it enough, thank you!
