I've used Aspen Dental in the past and always liked them. My kids got their teeth worked on with Aspen Dental for years, until they left home. After being away for several years and using private dentists, I returned to Aspen Dental. My location is Webster, NY and this review is only for that location. From the moment you enter to the time you leave, you're never alone and someone is at your side explaining things to you. This is especially good for kids, since having your teeth worked on is not a pleasant thing. The office is very clean and orderly. You're greeted with genuine care and are seen very quickly. The X-ray technician was very gentle and even changed the size of my mouth piece to child size so that I wouldn't feel discomfort. The Hygienist was super nice and very thorough in explaining the process and work needed. The Dentist was quick and to the point. I like that. When I sat with billing, she explained what I needed; what my insurance covered; my co-pay; and balance. In the balance was an added electric toothbrush that I did not order. So I had her remove it since I already have one. Overall, a very nice experience in a familiar place.

Went for my wisdom tooth extraction. Reception was super friendly and professional. Took care of keeping safe distance. More importantly I’m so thankful that they managed to get me an appointment within a short notice as I had an unbearable pain. The doctors were also very professional and explained everything that they were going to do and gave me the info on dos/donts after the procedure.
Friendly, efficient, and with excellent care. I had my wisdom teeth removed and, despite me being a very nervous and squeamish wreck, all the dental and office staff took excellent care of me. They were very helpful with questions about my insurance, and when my recovery hit a couple snags they were very happy to book me in for a quick check-up to make sure everything was fine. No complaints at all!
The Aspen Webster dental office is superb. All the staff are so so friendly and helpful. You couldn’t ask for more. Dr. Ustinenkov, or Dr U as he is usually known, is a great dentist. He is gentle, explains everything before he does it and helps you through options to decide what is best for you. I’m terrified when I go to the dentist and Dr. U simply said, “you aren’t alone. Most people are afraid but we’ll take good care of you”. And HE DID. THERE WAS NO PAIN. Not even when he gave an injection. Thank you to the aspen dental team and especially Dr U.
Very courteous staff and great Dr.my dog chewed up my tooth and they got me in, Dr made molds of my jaw and got my new flipper by 4. A bit pricey though.
