DO NOT COME HERE! I took my nice hoodie here to get dry cleaned and they ruined it. I take this hoodie to get dry cleaned all the time and when I went to pick it up the color had faded from pink to a pale beige color. And all they offered me was a 20 store credit for a 200 hoodie. I’m livid. They washed it instead of dry cleaning it and now it’s ruined. Don’t come here unless you want f*cked up clothes in return.
I'm a transplant to the Bay Area, 2 years in and Bay Area Dry Cleaners has given me the best experience of ANY business in the area. Lynn is the face of the business to ME as she has been the main one I've dealt with. She's fair minded,gives fair pricing and above par service and work. 2 thumbs up & if I had a 3rd I'd give that too.
ZERO STARS!!! Horrible service and very dismissive. The small young woman who works the front desk seems nice but will deny any damages they have done to your clothes and smile and shake her head no immediately as you point it out to her. They also told me they couldn't clean my shoes without turning them yellow but another dry cleaners did the job just fine. Their location is convenient and that's about the only good thing about this place. Strongly recommend you steer clear of this place!!!
